I was born in Saitama prefecture in Japan.
I live in Frenchs Forest in NSW now since 2011.
【Brief Personal History】
After graduating Bachelor of Consumer Science at RMIT University in Melborune, I returned to Japan and started working in a product development/marketing section in a potato chips company.
After experiencing 3 hectic working years, I encountered Macrobiotics and I was so imressed by the taste of brown rice, real food which are natural, no food additives, and also experienced
that my body will change according to the diet.
I would like to share my wonderful experience through healthy eating with a lot of people.
